Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor from the United States. The actor began his career playing roles in television shows including Opposite sex in 2000. Evans gained fame as the Human Torch Marvel Comics character in the 2005 movie Fantastic Four, and the sequel Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans has continued to be featured in films based on comic books like TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim and. the World (2009) Snowpiercer and Snowpiercer(2013). Evans' portrayal as Steve Rogers/Captain America is in Captain America: The Winter Soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014 and 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) as well as Endgame 2019, brought him more fame. As a result of his Marvel film work, he was one of the highest paid actors in the world.
