Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri dixit is famous Indian actress, known for parts in the film Hum Aapke Koun. The actress began her career in the 1980s and came into prominence thanks to her character in the Tezaab film, in which she was a part of the cast with the veteran actor Anil Kapoor. Her subsequent appearance on screen was Dil along with Aamir. Her birthplace was in an Mumbai middle-class family, and began to dance in her early years. She began acting when she was young and fought for a few years as many of her early film projects were unsuccessful. She eventually found success and became one of the leading actors in the Indian film industry. Her marriage led to a hiatus in her career. The actress returned in later years. In the last few years, Dixit played a significant role as a character in Gulaab Gang a movie about the struggle of Indian women. Dixit was nominated 15 times for Filmfare Awards. She won 8 of the awards. She was also honored with her Padma Shri the fourth highest civilian honour in India. Her reputation also includes for her social activism.
